Terms and Conditions

All Caricature Sales are Final.  


No refunds are offered, but if a product is damaged in shipping I will replace the artwork free of charge.  If the item is in fact damaged in shipping I do require photographic proof of the damage before a replacement will be issued.  


With all of my caricature purchases I offer no revisions.  The time it takes to complete a caricature is the value included in the price.  Please take a look at all of my examples.  This is my style, and I am proud of it.   I can not draw in another artist's style. 


As a caricature artist I understand that some people might not see their own likeness the same way as I do.  Although I sympathize with people when they feel I have missed the mark, my time and experience is what I am willing to sell.  I can not see what you see.  I draw what I see.  That being said, I have twenty four years of professional experience doing these, and I draw with respect.  Again, please take a look at my style with all of my examples before purchasing.    


  


Patmojoe is a caricature artist online offering artwork to everyone

All damaged artwork due to shipping will be promptly replaced with a new redrawing of the artwork.  I do package all of my artwork in a protective shipping box.  I will roll the original artwork up in a protective plastic sheet to assure that all items will be safely shipped.   I do know that that sometimes parcels get shifted and destroyed in transit.  I don't want you to worry if this occurs.  


  • In order to claim a replacement I must see photographs showing that the artwork has in fact been damaged.
  • Simply email me the photographs of the damage.  Upon confirmation of the damage, I will respond via email to let you know that I will be starting on a replacement.  I will also keep you up to date about the shipping. 
  • If you have in fact received damaged goods, please know that you will not have to return the damaged parcel back to me.
  • After I ship the replacement, I will contact you and let you know it's on the way.
